How it works:

• When a pet is reported lost, the app alerts a local Search Party of pet lovers WITHIN 5 KM of your registered address

• The Search Party receive the pet's photo and Taglinks profile on their apps (plus they receive an email reminder)

• If someone spots your pet, one tap opens a direct WhatsApp chat with you — fast, simple, and effective (without having to actually scan the Taglinks QR code!)

📲 The app is FREE to download, and for the next 6 months, anyone who registers now can create pet profiles at ZERO cost AND report their pets lost, in need.

From July 2026, Taglinks will move to an annual subscription of R72 per year, per pet profile — that's just R6 a month to dramatically increase the chances of a safe, swift return if your fur baby does go wandering. After using the service for 6 months you will be well placed to decide if you want to subscribe or not.
