1. Pet Tags

The recommended retail price of the pet tags is R100 per tag, excluding VAT. This price includes a subscription for the next 12 months to this web-based service.

Pet tags are made up of water-resistant domed stickers on either side of a round, 25mm stainless steel tag with a sturdy split-ring.

Subscribers will be contacted one month before the anniversary of their purchase and asked if they want to renew their subscription. For 2023 the subscription price is fixed at R100 per annum, ex VAT.

The choice to subscribe to the service beyond the initial 12 months subscription is, of course, completely voluntary.

2. Taglinks on keyrings

The recommended retail price of the taglinks for keyrings tags is R125 per tag, excluding VAT. This price includes a subscription for the next 12 months to this web-based service.

Key ring talinks are made up of water-resistant domed stickers on either side of a teardrop-shaped 30mm stainless steel tag with a sturdy split-ring.

Subscribers will be contacted one month before the anniversary of their purchase and asked if they want to renew their subscription. For 2023 the subscription price is fixed at R125 per annum, ex VAT.

The choice to subscribe to the service beyond the initial 12 months subscription is, of course, completely voluntary.

Taglink Replacement Policy

A new tag will be exchanged for any tag that is broken and returned to the point of sale within 60 days of activation. The replaced tag will be deactivated. Delivery costs, if any, are payable by the client.
